Shipping policy
Free shipping on orders $80+
Free shipping on orders of $80 USD or more to the US, and CA$80 or more within Canada. Under $80, a flat rate based on weight is shown at checkout before you pay.
Fast processing
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Most leave the same or next business day. As soon as your label is created, we email you a tracking link.
Delivery times
- United States: 4–6 business days. Most orders arrive in 4–5.
- Canada: 2–5 business days. Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes are often 2–3. Newfoundland and remote areas can take up to 7.
- International: We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination.
Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships. They're carrier estimates, not guarantees.
No duties at your door (US)
US orders ship duties paid. Duties and brokerage fees are covered before your order crosses the border, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
Canadian orders ship domestically, so there are no customs fees.
International orders outside the US and Canada may be charged import duties and taxes (including VAT) by your country when the package arrives. Those charges are the customer's responsibility.
Get your address right
Double-check your shipping address at checkout, and include your email and phone number so the carrier can reach you if there's an issue. Need to change something? Email us right away, before your order ships.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, email shopify@foretra.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. If tracking stalls or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier. We'll work with you to make it right.
