The Story of Foretra Golf
Hi, I’m Carlos, the founder of Foretra. Like you, I’m a golfer. I started playing about 25 years ago, and I caught the golf bug—big time! Golf isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s my passion and a huge part of my life.
I started Foretra because, as a golfer, I was tired of the same boring products that looked like everyone else’s and didn’t reflect who I am—both as a person and as a golfer. I wanted something that stood out, told my story, and expressed my personality. (Putting is the best part of my game, so I wanted to make sure people knew that) So, I decided to create it myself. That first putter cover design—Putt for Dough / Money Maker— sparked a journey I never imagined.
Every headcover and many of the accessories you’ll find here are designed by me, inspired by my experiences on the course and the incredible feedback I’ve received from the golf community. My goal is simple: to create headcovers, ball markers, and accessories that are both stylish and functional, helping golfers like you and me stand out and express who we truly are.
It’s been a few years since I designed my first headcover, but my passion for crafting unique, high-quality designs has only grown. At Foretra, our mission is to help you bring individuality to the course with products that are as unique as your game.

Love the design and how perfect it fits my Kirkland putter (the origional cover never fit tight and was always falling off)! Excellent quality materials and I'd recommend this as a purchase to replace a cover for blade style putters. I have this on a Srixon Z585 Driver and it fits perfect! The cover is a little thinner than some but feels like high quality and looks sharp. It fits with a satisfying and secure fit, there is an elasticized part to hold it on.
