How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back to us.
What is your shipping policy?
We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. It is advisable to include your email and phone number during checkout to facilitate communication with the delivery company in case of any issues. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Do you offer exchanges for your products?
We do not facilitate direct exchanges. The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as this may vary depending on their policies.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
